Das kann ich voll und ganz unterstützen. Trotz intensiver und regelmässiger Beobachtung des Internets ist mir bis heute kein Programm begegnet, das diesbezüglich auch nur annäherungsweise etwas vergleichbares bietet. Es erstaunt mich auch, dass bisher niemand dieses schlicht geniale Konzept übernommen hat. Kopieren wäre in diesem Falle nämlich erwünscht.

I am the guy who made Audiograbber but I have not been on the forum for a couple of years myself. I am so tired of working with computers nowadays and I just get depressed and feel a bit ashamed when I go in here and sees my program fade away.
It was all the e-mail spam and e-mail support the brought me down. In 2002-2003 I spent most of my time dealing with e-mail spam and support and there was not much time left for programming.
Audiograbber was also made by Borland C++ Builder 1.0 so if it should have been continued I would have needed a newer compiler but that would have required a major rewriting of the source code. I once planned to do that and bought a copy of Borland C++ Builder 6 but I soon found out it was too much boring work.
The last couple of years I have not even checked my e-mails so I apologize to all who wonders why I don't answer e-mails.
I hope I get the courage to at least come here to the forum and check for interesting questions once a week or so.
I agree on what Tom says about other programs. I especially like that he recommends dBPowerAMP. The programmer of that program and I had some e-mail conversations during the years and we helped each other with some programming and he was/is a very nice person.
And last, thanks to everyone who still helps people with my program now when I have got so bored of it.

Die Qualität des CD-Rippers ist höher als bei manch anderen Programmen, die in der Regel nur im Burst-Modus rippen können. Mit dem Secure-Ripping-Modus von EAC oder foobar2000 kann der AG leider nicht ganz mithalten.

Dummerweise ist AG weder für Windows Vista noch für aktuelle Hardware (S-ATA Laufwerke) angepasst worden. Die Hoffnung stirbt zwar zuletzt, aber es sieht nicht so aus, als gäbe es in absehbarer Zeit eine neue Version...
